Pres. Lazarus Chakwera’s benefits to Malawi for attending United Nations General Assembly

Here are some of the benefits of Chakwera’s trip to United States of America for the general assembly to Malawi:

šŸ”¹It has given Malawi a platform and opportunity of asking for debt cancellation by developed countries, as you know that Malawi has a lot of debts which would cripple our economy , president Chakwera has this opportunity and in the strongest terms to call for debt relief for Malawi to breath a breath of hope.

šŸ”øIt has given Malawi an opportunity to seek investment in agriculture, mining and tourism of which many have promised to invest in these areas.

šŸ”¹It has given Malawi an opportunity to strengthen bilateral ties with many countries including Netherlands.

šŸ”øIt has given Dr Lazarus Chakwera and Malawi an opportunity to talk with the Afrexim Bank president Dr Oramah on the $700 dollars financing for industrial parks in the country. These parks will see Malawi exporting more products and goods than importing.

šŸ”¹It has given Malawi an opportunity to acquire no collateral funds of about $ 100 education loan for Malawian students to study in US which is key to any development.

Opportunity to sell Malawi and Africa at large which we saw honourable Chithyola calling for investment in Africa.
