Ntcheu Central Parliamentarian urges constituents to steadfastly back President Chakwera

Ntcheu Central’s representative in Parliament, Albert Mbawala, has called on the people in his constituency to continue their support for President Lazarus Chakwera. Mbawala, who also serves as the Treasurer General of the Malawi Congress Party, addressed his constituents during a meeting in Chimutu village on July 9, 2023.

Mbawala praised President Chakwera’s efforts in transforming the country into a middle-income economy and highlighted his engagements with various stakeholders and international donor partners to achieve social and economic development in Malawi. He urged traditional, political, and religious leaders, as well as all constituents, to unite behind President Chakwera and his agenda for development in Ntcheu Central and the entire country.

Furthermore, Mbawala emphasized his dedication to serving the constituents as their Member of Parliament. He expressed his commitment to regularly meeting them and listening to their needs and expectations from both himself as an MP and the government under President Chakwera’s leadership.

Mbawala also mentioned several transformative projects in his constituency, including the construction of concrete bridges in Kame, Malaswa, and Tchesa areas, the establishment of Nthumbi Secondary School, and the development of the Dzunje maternity wing. These projects exemplify the positive changes occurring in the area.

The constituents applauded Mbawala for his accessibility and thanked President Chakwera for consistently supporting the people of Malawi in their pursuit of a better quality of life.
