State House Director of Communications Sean Kampondeni has announced that he is leaving his post at the state house. Kampondeni has said Wednesday’s State House Quarterly Briefing was his last. According to him, Malawians will be briefed when his replacement is appointed.
He has, however, not disclosed where he is going once, he leaves the State House.
However, contrary to propagandists that Kampondeni is being connected to corrupt dealings and therefore the honorable thing for him to do was to resign, Shire Times has gathered that Kampondeni, the right-hand man of the President, is being earmarked for a bigger and better post at the state house.
In the meantime, there is a vacancy for the Chief of Staff of the State House as Prince Kapondam’gaga got suspended for being connected to Sattar corruption. Kampondeni according to inside sources is a serious contender for this post.
