The official sponsor of the Malawi National Team fondly known as the Flames, FDH Bank, has announced a new four year sponsorship deal for the Team worth K1 billion .
The Flames will be getting K250 million a year from K120 million in the previous deal. FDH Bank started sponsoring the Flames in 2016 at K30 million a year.
Footballs lovers whilst praising FDH Bank for its generous gesture are also praising Walter Nyamilandu for striking meaningful deals for the growth of the beautiful game in the country.
“Walter is a tested leader and not experimental but whether he will win on 16th December 2023 is entirely up to the delegates” said John Chingondo, a football fanatic in Lilongwe.
