Shepherd Bushiri hires helicopter; relief items delivery to commence tomorrow in Mulanje

The legendary and controversial Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, who is also defined by his charity works, has hired a helicopter which has landed at Chileka international airport in Blantyre this afternoon to assist in providing relief items to 600 families affected by Cyclone Freddy in Mulanje.

Bushiri donated 8 camps in Mulanje following the plea by President Lazarus Chakwera for Malawians with the capacity to adopt camps where people affected by the cyclone are currently staying.

Prophet Bushiri disclosed that food distribution to the victims will start tomorrow and further disclosed that the helicopter will be carrying goods weighing 1,000 kilograms at once.

Prophet Bushiri further said apart from supporting the people with relief items, he will also assist the people to rebuild, a project he has estimated at around K500 million.
