As regards the fuel shortages being experienced in some parts of the country, the Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority- MERA has disclosed that the situation will be contained in a few days’ time.
According to MERA Spokesperson Fitina Khonje, some trucks carrying fuel are in transit and they are expected to deliver the fuel tomorrow. She further disclosed that today being a Labour Day and a holiday, had an impact on fuel logistics in Tanzania.
The fuel crisis, many believe, will be contained by President Chakwera once and for all, in the same manner, electricity black-outs have been sorted out.
