Israel rejects lazy Malawian girls working in Farms as Lawyer Ayuba faults recruitment process

Mkaka met Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussing deals

It has been revealed that Israel holds a negative view of the work ethic exhibited by Malawian women in their agricultural labor, describing them as displaying signs of laziness. Consequently, the recruitment agency has recommended that these women should no longer be considered for opportunities in Israel due to this perceived weakness.

Critics argue that the recruitment process, conducted covertly, is flawed and biased, as it appears to prioritize personal favors over merit. They contend that there are plenty of hardworking women in the country who could have been selected instead.

Meanwhile, controversial lawyer Sylvester Ayuba James has strongly criticized the situation, blaming the women involved for jeopardizing opportunities for other diligent Malawian women.

As has been reported in the media, “our girls in Israel have been found to be too lazy to withstand the hustle, so much so that the employers don’t want any more girls.”

Said Ayuba:

“I am not surprised at all. The majority in this plastic-nail generation is only groomed to be asking for favours. The only hustle it knows is to serve several men in a day. They have never stepped in a field of crops even for a single day. They don’t clean plates or wash cloths at home, as everything is the left to the maid. Their longest hours awake are spent at the salon and in bed. Their longest hours standing are recorded at a music show. If they bend, it means they are giving a doggy.”

Added Ayuba:

“Suddenly, they find themselves in a place where someone has to really hustle. Eight good hours of picking, dropping, standing, bending and twisting. Pushing heavy trolleys and running. Places where people mean business. Where they chase returns against the ticking clock. Definitely, such are not the places for our girls. If anything, the employers should go and fetch in the village for such girls. Not these ones from Area 18A, 15 and surrounding places. These ones are primarily for sex before they can try few other things in office. Not in a crop field where people hustle like they are in the battlefront. No!”

Ayuba has since been reprimanded by the feminist community in the country but he still stands his ground that he means what he is saying arguing “we must tell each other the truth in this country.”
