On Saturday, Hon Esther Mcheka-Chilenje, the ex-Member of Parliament for Nsanje North Constituency from the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), was seen at the MCP Southern Region Headquarters in Blantyre.
During her visit, she engaged in a brief private conversation with a few senior officials from the MCP women’s league.
The nature of her visit remains uncertain, as speculations circulate about the ruling MCP potentially formally embracing the prominent DPP figure from the lower shire.
