The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has been granted a court order that prohibits its publicity secretary, Nicholas Harry Dausi, from conducting interviews in his official capacity.
The DPP claims, as stated in the injunction document we have reviewed, that Dausi had previously indicated his unavailability for such duties. Consequently, his scheduled interview on the local television station, Times, this evening has also been prohibited by the court order.
Dausi was set to reveal the weird Nkopola Declarations that the DPP National Governing Council (NGC) passed, which among others, are barring all those who ever dragged the party to court from ever seeking any position at the July next year elective national elective conference of the party.
