To all fun seekers! Here’s exciting news for you: Mangochi’s Zithere Pano entertainment Club will be commemorating its 26 years in the entertainment industry this Friday, October 27. To make this celebration extraordinary, the Club, under the guidance of its Managing Director, Vincent Mkwinda, will feature performances by the Black Missionaries, Anthony Makondetsa, and DJ Rubie.
Mkwinda revealed that since its inception, Zithere Pano Club has made a substantial contribution to the nation’s tourism sector through its entertainment offerings.
“We want to celebrate the achievements we have made with our customers who have supported us to reach this far. We are what we are today because of them,” he said.
Mkwinda further said as part of celebrating the 26th anniversary, the club will soon open a drive in bar and modern restaurant where people can drink and eat local foods such as Chambo and many more.
In a telephone interview, Black Missionaries Band Leader, Anjiru Fumulani confirmed to be part of the anniversary celebrations saying people should expect top class performance at Zithere Pano and assured that the band is set for the event.
Artists who will perform alongside the Black Missionaries include Khozie Masimbe, Yanjanani Chumbu, Moda Fumulani and other upcoming artists from the lakeshore district.
During the Friday show, patrons will randomly be treated with free drinks and braii as part of the celebrations.
