To strengthen the party, the ruling Malawi Congress Party (MCP) has gone full gear to strengthen the party with party Youth Director who is also the Minister of local government organizing an inter university conference at Robins Park in Blantyre.
The conference drew students from the University of Malawi, MUBAS, KUHES, MUST to mention but just a few. The idea was strategies on how to strengthen the party in readiness of the 2025 general elections.
T-shirts were given to the students apart other party regalia such as Zitenje. According to Chimwendo, the next inter-university party conference will be held at the University of Malawi in Zomba.
