It appears the ruling Malawi Congress Party (MCP) well understood our ancestors wisdom passed on to us that an early bird catches the worm as it has engaged in high gear, crisscrossing the country, especially the Eastern and Southern regions selling its party programs.
Through seasoned politicians such as Zikhale Ng’oma and Richard Chimwendo Banda, the rallies being organized are becoming electric making people excited wherever they go. What is clear is that they are conquering new frontiers but as to whether their efforts will translate to votes in the 2025 elections that will be seen when we reach there.
However, in the meantime, the games have started and it appears MCP and somehow AFORD are on track gaining momentum. Where are the other parties? Still snoring?
